Basic Function:

• Servo-controlled rear suction feeder with double sheet detection system ensures precise and gentle paper feeding, preventing double or multiple sheets from entering the processing flow at the source. It significantly reduces material waste and downtime for cleanup, ensuring production stability； 
• Servo-driven conveyance allows speed adjustment for each station based on paper length, achieving an optimal balance between output and quality；
• Vision system combined with robotic positioning and digital memory enables quick and easy mold size adjustments during machine changeovers；
• Adopts a contour "embracing" mechanism to deliver the finished boxes, rather than forceful squeezing. This effectively prevents scratches, scuffs, or dents on the paper surface, ensuring perfect finished appearance. It is suitable for papers with fine surface treatments such as laminating, UV coating, and hot stamping；
• Versatile switching supports various processes including long/short edge folding, opposite-direction folding, interlocking corner-folding, deep turn-in, multi-step edge folding and bubble pressing. Molds are designed with modular and multi-mold configurations for enhanced flexibility；
• Fault alarm display facilitates after-sales troubleshooting and problem resolution. Real-time operation monitoring is provided, and in case of a fault, the screen intuitively displays error codes, locations, and potential causes. This greatly assists on-site operators in quickly identifying issues and enables remote after-sales support to guide troubleshooting, minimizing downtime.

Main Features:

1. This machine adopts a fully electronic cam control system. By replacing physical metal cams with "software cam curves," it overcomes the drawbacks of traditional mechanical cams such as low flexibility, complex debugging, and high noise. This results in smoother machine operation, significantly higher flexibility, simplified mechanical adjustment, reduced noise, and the ability to optimize the software curves for smoothness, eliminating mechanical shocks and improving stability and product quality during high-speed operation.

2. It features fully servo-synchronized drive control and Visual image positioning, utilizing industrial IoT technology. Adjusting box types requires only setting three positions (simplifying complex mechanical adjustments into digital calibration of three reference points, greatly reducing reliance on operator experience and enabling "foolproof" operation). This significantly shortens product changeover time and accommodates multi-variety orders.

3. Equipped with an intelligent glue concentration detection system (monitoring glue status in real-time to ensure its fluidity and adhesiveness remain within the optimal process, preventing blade marks caused by glue issues) the gluing roller is precisely driven by servo motor,its speed, start/stop are perfectly synchronized with the main machine's motion. Glue application volume can be digitally fine-tuned by adjusting the servo speed or roller gap, allowing better micro-adjustments to save glue.

4. The fully servo-driven corner pasting unit ensures higher angular accuracy, tight and seamless adhesion without gaps or weak tape-pasting. Continuous cyclic feeding allows uninterrupted production, achieving seamless workflow integration.
