Main Features：

1.High production efficiency, along with exceptional flexibility and multi-functionality. The machine can simultaneously produce two different sizes of boxes—for example, the top and bottom lids of a rigid box, or one slipcase box and one rigid box at the same time. It can also operate in a single-feeder, single-corner-pasting, single-positioning, and single-forming mode to achieve flexible single-station production;

3.It adopts fully electronic cam control system and all-servo synchronized drive. During the box forming process, multiple steps—such as paper feeding, gluing, positioning, edge folding, and forming—require millisecond-level precision coordination. The all-servo synchronization ensures each axis strictly follows the preset electronic cam curve, eliminating backlash and inertial errors associated with mechanical transmission;

4.The fully automated process ensures consistency and stability of the manufacturing process. By minimizing human intervention, all steps—from paper feeding and gluing to positioning and forming—are controlled by precision machinery and digital systems, guaranteeing high uniformity in each box's dimensions, bonding locations, and forming results.  Basic Functions：

◆ Servo-controlled rear suction feeder with double sheet detection system;

◆ Servo-driven conveyance allows speed adjustment for each station based on paper length, achieving an optimal balance between output and quality；

◆Equipped with an intelligent glue concentration detection system,ensuring even glue and also saving glue.

◆Vision system combined with robotic positioning and digital memory enables quick and easy mold size adjustments during machine changeovers；

◆Adopts a contour "embracing" mechanism to deliver the finished boxes, ensuring perfect finished appearance. It is suitable for papers with fine surface treatments 

such as laminating, UV coating, and hot stamping；

◆Versatile switching supports various processes including long/short edge folding, opposite-direction folding, interlocking corner-folding, deep turn-in,

multi-step edge folding and bubble pressing.

◆Fault alarm display facilitates after-sales troubleshooting and problem resolution. Real-time operation monitoring is provided, and in case of a fault,

the screen intuitively displays error codes, locations, and potential causes. 

This greatly assists on-site operators in quickly identifying issues and enables remote after-sales support to guide troubleshooting, minimizing downtime.
